Seth showed me more than a dozen homes and was incredibly patient as plans changed. This will be a long-distance move, so he even helped with video walkthroughs and actions that I could not do myself. Seth was great. He understood that I was in a time crunch and had to sell due to the fact that my mother was going to live in assisted living, and I was relocating to another state.
