Working with Seth was extremely easy. Very responsive, knowledgeable and honest. His easy going personality kept the stress level at a minimum which isn't an easy task when selling a house. Prior to listing our home, he gave us an idea of what he thought we would receive for it and he was right on the money… This was our 4th time selling a home and it was by far the easiest transaction we have had.
